Ability to perform independent research.Minimum of three years of related benefit work experience within the Total Rewards discipline.Reconciliation of monthly carrier bills.Performs other duties as assigned or requested.Continually seeks new and innovative methods and process improvement solutions. Pursues initiatives and projects that improve Total Rewards operations and improved services to clients.Reviews, analyzes, and recommends wellness changes that will be beneficial for employee health.Assists associates and supports the administration, education, and communication of all Total Rewards policies including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, retirement, prescription drug plans, short-term disability leaves, workers, compensation leaves, family and medical leaves under FMLA, and wellness programs.Provides counsel to Human Resources staff on wellness and benefit programs and policies.

Plans, designs, develops, and conducts analysis, interprets results and makes recommendations for wellness programs aligned to the Florida’s business strategy.Participates in annual open enrollment process to ensure smooth.Assists in the administration of the Florida’s recognition programs by providing support to designated functions.Total Rewards elements include Health/Insurance Benefits, Wellness, Retirement and Recognition programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Total Rewards, the Total Rewards Benefits Analyst has primary responsibility to assist in the development and administration of Total Rewards programs for Beverages Florida.
